threatens me that if I dont call to settle a debt before 3:00 that he will have to sign papers to for the court and report me to Miami-Dade Police to have me arrested. When I asked him for what, he said he wasnt at liberty to give me that information. I should call a lawyer!

keeps calling my home number looking for the x-husband who has not lived here in over a yr, this is a new home number since we split up and I use my maiden name again so how did they figure out to call here is beyond me. Even after I told her several times he does not live here nor can he come here she is still calling me.
